1) How do I track my order? 

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

2) When will my items ship?

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

 

3) What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received please contact us at 

[email protected] to arrange a return or exchange. All returned items have to be in the condition they were received in (clean, unworn, and unwashed).

 

4) Do you offer custom screen printing or embroidery services?

We only offer our designs. Please take a look around. We’re sure you’ll find something that expresses you!

 

6) Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? 

Yes, we do. Additional shipping costs may apply.

 

7) How do I care for my B.Y. Creed Tee?

Be sure to not iron on top of the design. Wash inside out.
